Amendments to Part 943- Registration Fee
This Proposed Rulemaking amends 19 NYCRR Part 943 to update the Commission’s regulations to reflect the legislation change that occurred in 2026/27 Fiscal Year Budget at Part Z of S9005-C. Consistent with the statutory change, the proposed regulation increases the filing fee required with a Statement of Registration from $200 to $250 and makes the fee annual rather than per biennial period. The public comment period for this rulemaking will end on September 13, 2026.
