Getting Started Accessing the online Lobbying Application

LA Enrollment Link

Individuals logging into the online Lobbying Application for the first time must use the LA enrollment link to connect their NY.gov User ID to the Lobbying Application. Individuals that must utilize the enrollment link include the Chief Administrative Officers of lobbyist and client organizations, individual and in-house lobbyists, authorized preparers, and delegated administrators.

Returning Users

Individuals who have already logged into the online Lobbying Application using the enrollment link must use the direct login link anytime they wish to log back into the system.  DO NOT use the enrollment link more than once.
