On-Demand Ethics Training


To receive credit:

  • Self-enroll using your employee ID, full name and business email
  • Watch the entire video
  • Enter the two code words displayed during the video
  • Submit your online attestation
  • Maintain your email confirmation for your records

Who should take On-Demand Ethics Training?

The on-demand ethics training video should be completed by:
  1. Employees who completed live comprehensive ethics training (CETC) in 2025 with the COELIG Training Team or at their own agency.
  2. New hires unable to receive live training within the first 90-days of entering state service. 
Important information for New hires (employees new to state service)

New hires who take the on-demand as their initial training are required to complete a live CETC training by December 31, 2026.  


Information for Agency Users

Tracking employee data in SETA 
  • Existing employees - employees eligible to complete the On-Demand Ethics Training in 2026 will have their employee record automatically updated in SETA.
  • New hires - indicate the number of new hires and existing employees who completed the on-demand ethics training in your monthly aggregate statistics in the box labeled number 4 in the below screenshot.

SETA will not allow you to mark a new hire completed for the on-demand as their initial class.  By law, new employees are still required to complete live CETC training.

Enroll in On-Demand Ethics Training

Please note that you will be required to record two code words that are embedded in the MP4 video.  These code words must be entered in the online attestation in order to receive credit. 

The online training takes approximately 32 minutes to complete.

Group Setting Requests

For those agencies with mobile workers, workers without access to state-issued email addresses, or non-traditional office settings, please email [email protected] for instructions on how to certify your employees for completing the On-Demand Ethics Training video in a group setting.
