Open CETC Training Calendar - Employee Enrollment Info
We currently have our class sizes set to 400 employees - that's the most our Webex remote video conferencing technology can accommodate without sacrificing video and audio quality.
If when enrolling, no sessions appears - classes are full.
Please note that class capacity is limited for these open CETC sessions - as such, enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.
Agency Ethics Officers (or their designees) are expected to be your primary source for live ethics training. They should be holding ethics courses periodically on an ongoing basis. Please check with your Ethics Officer or training department for course availability at your workplace.
Executive Law section 94 expanded the live ethics training requirement to the entire State workforce. Due to the increased number of people who now require live training, course availability is expected to be very limited.
These sessions are open to employees from any state agency.
The CETC is the only course that satisfies the live ethics training requirement mandated in Executive Law § 94. The CETC is a live, instructor-led training that covers the Public Officers Law and other related ethics laws and regulations.
