Closed Matters

Regulatory amendments to 19 NYCRR Part 941 Adjudicatory Proceedings and Appeals Procedures Regulations (adopted by the Commission on an emergency basis January 25, 2022 and concurrently submitted as a Notice of Emergency Adoption and Proposed Rulemaking) increase transparency regarding agency operations and the status of certain investigative matters. They also include providing for additional investigative information, including that a matter has been closed, to be released on a regular basis on the Commission’s website or in the Commission’s annual report, as appropriate.  This information will be updated going forward, and will not include matters decided prior to the adoption of the new regulations.
