    Advisory Opinion 21-01

    The Joint Commission on Public Ethics has issued Advisory Opinion 21-01 to provide guidance applying the two-year bar to a former State employee whose proposed employment includes compensation for preparing and discussing permit applications to be submitted to his former agency.
